I’ve spent nearly 20 years working at the intersection of learning, technology, and real-world performance. My work spans education and corporate training in the United States and internationally, with a focus on creating learning experiences that help people navigate complex systems with clarity, confidence, and care.
Earlier in my career, I lived and worked in Beijing, China, collaborating with research and development teams to create original, technology-enhanced educational products. This work included interactive smart-board materials, online courses, in-person training packages, and multimedia content produced through storyboarding, audio recording, and green-screen video. Working in fast-moving, cross-cultural environments taught me to design with clarity and flexibility, keeping the learner in mind.
Today, I serve as a Lead Training Coordinator supporting AI and Trust & Safety programs. I design and oversee training for teams working in areas such as prompt engineering, content review, and safety evaluation, partnering with subject matter experts and global stakeholders to translate complex, high-risk requirements into clear, accessible learning. Alongside hands-on instructional design, I lead training initiatives by coordinating contributors, managing priorities, and using performance data and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Across all of my work, is a belief that good learning design should make difficult work feel more manageable and meaningful. I focus on using technology and AI thoughtfully and responsibly, supporting efficiency and iteration while prioritizing ethical use, sound instructional judgment, and data security. My goal is to create learning that supports people, protects systems, and makes meaningful work easier to do well.
